Women Skill development & Economic Empowerment: Integration of the young women with the local market through to empowering them with the handicrafts and tailoring skills. JNUS has been undertaking training courses on various products in the own mini-garments premises and to making several kinds of products like bag, tailoring produces, handicrafts and support them once they produce product. It does have a pool of professional trainers who have been providing skill training for the vulnerable women. Till to date, a number of 700 women and young girls have received training on various types of bag making, embroidery, Bakik, Nakshi Katha and tailoring items. Currently, 300 women & young girls are receiving the several kinds of tailoring produces by the support of potential master trainers. Receiving skill development training for the JNUS mini garments Centre at free of cost. Many of the graduates have been earning their livelihoods and contributed to establish their dignity in the family as well as society.
