JNUS always remains at the forefront to promote gender responsive emergency effort in Cox’s Bazar district. During Cyclone, Landslides, Flash Flood and fire incidents, JNUS does have the ability to response with first aid medical service and relief distribution among the affected people, male and female, throughout the district. In recent times during fire incidents and flash flood, the organization swiftly responded with relief, including food and medicine and constructed gender responsive WASH facilities. Moreover, during the COVID-19 pandemic, JNUS proactively addressed hygiene concerns and distributed essential resources such as money, food, and groceries. Our commitment to swift and effective action in both flood and pandemic scenarios underscores JNUS’s dedication to supporting communities in times of crisis, making a significant impact on the well-being of those in need.
